By accessing needforcleandetailing.com or booking any service with Need For Clean Detailing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Need For Clean Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services in Central Florida. All services are performed at the client's location. Service availability is subject to scheduling, weather conditions, and geographic coverage. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.

Booking & Payment

A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice. Full payment is due upon completion of service. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and digital payment methods.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. Same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather or equipment issues and will notify you as soon as possible.

Liability

Need For Clean Detailing is fully insured. We take every precaution to protect your vehicle. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, paint defects, or issues that existed prior to our service. We will document your vehicle's condition before beginning any work.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the specific service performed and does not cover new damage or pre-existing conditions.

Intellectual Property

All content on needforcleandetailing.com including text, images, logos, and design is the property of Need For Clean Detailing and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
